Today, I had Jennifer over and we all helped in canning applesauce. My help in overseeing timing when she had to feed the baby. Mary helped as Jennifer directed and needed. Thirty quarts of beautiful pink Jonathon Applesauce. Each of us took turns with baby Elizabeth so Jennifer and Mary could have the satisfaction of learning the entire process.
Though it has been a while since I posted, it does not mean Mary and I have done nothing. We have been focusing on book learning. Things Mary requested to learn when we did our brain storming session. With 73 days until Christmas we have to get hoppin!
